This is not a customer guide. The screens are drawn by us from a made-up app, and each says SAMPLE in its corner. The step count and the time are for the sample, not a measurement of anything.

How to sort the ledger before review

Group the ledger by entity so each reviewer reads their own lines together. It changes the order of the rows, not the figures.

Click the “Data” tab

Tip

Sort a copy of the sheet if others are reading the original. Sorting changes what they see as soon as they reload it.
